At Learning Median, we strive to deliver high-quality learning experiences and consultancy services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring cancellations or refunds. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed.
1. Program Registrations
– Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of a program are eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
– No refunds will be issued once a program has commenced.
2. Consultancy Services
– Advance booking fees are non-refundable.
– If a consultancy engagement is cancelled by Learning Median, the client will receive a full refund of any advance paid.
3. Workshops & Masterclasses
– Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund, but rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.
4. Mode of Refund
– Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
– Any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable.
5. Exceptions
– In case of technical issues or cancellations initiated by Learning Median, participants will be offered either a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
